The legacy of the North African Moors who inhabited these parts for centuries is something that Spain is justly proud of. You can see it in the architecture, language and customs of the Spanish. This purpose-built Hammam is run according to the ancient traditions of an Arab bathhouse. Sublime silence is the rule, and you'll have a 90 minute session, including a massage.
The Hammam is designed to allow the body to relax when it comes in contact with water. Alternating between hot and cold pools stimulates blood circulation and toxins are literally steamed away by the aromatic vapour in the atmosphere.
